Viewing your unit/vehicle locations
Click on the Vehicles tab to view all your vehicles in real time. For the fleet system, this is updated approximately every minute. For the ad hoc system, the last location is shown.
Zoom in and Out
Double click on the map with the left mouse button to zoom in. Double click on the map with the right button to zoom out

You can also select the slider bar on the right and move the tab up to zoom in or click on the plus button. To zoom out, move the tab down or click on the minus button.

Navigating the map
Select an area on the map, hold the left mouse button down and then move the mouse to move the map. Alternatively, click on the cursor keys in the top left of the map to move the map around.
The bottom right hand corner shows a zoomed out view of your current location. This can be closed (or opened) by clicking on the small arrow in the bottom corner. You move the main map around by selecting the blue box, holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse.
To get back to the original location of all your vehicles anytime, simply click the centre button in the top right corner.
Show Different Map Views

Click on the satellite image to view a photographic image of your vehicles position. This can be zoomed in and out and moved around in the same way as the map.
Note: The satellite image is not in real time so it is unlikely you will be able to see an actual image of your vehicle on the map. However, it can be used as proof of delivery that your vehicle is in a particular area.
Click on the hybrid image to overlay street names onto the satellite image.
Click on the map button to go back to the original map screen.
Click on the traffic button to add an overlay of real time traffic conditions in the area with the speed of the traffic highlighted by the colour. i.e., 
To turn off the traffic, simply refresh the map by clicking F5 or clicking on the vehicles tab.
Vehicle Details
Click on the vehicle icon on the map to show a pop up box with more details about your vehicle including
Click on the cross button to close the pop up box.
Summary – today
The summary is available on the Fleet system for those customers that require reporting for the working time directive.
| The summary box shows a list of all your vehicles plus hours driven (time between each ignition on and ignition off) and hours worked (time between the first ignition on of the day to the last ignition off) for the day.
Clicking on the magnifying glass will open a full screen view in a separate screen showing all your vehicles

Alerts
This shows any alerts. These are set from the settings screen and could include battery alerts, tamper alerts or alerts when a vehicle enters or leaves a predefined area (on fleet systems only).
