Requesting a location
To request one location:

- Log into your account with your registered email and password
- Click the location updated button
next to your device on the right of the screen
Result: The configure tracking screen will be displayed.
- Select. Request One Location
Result: A location request message will be sent to the unit. If the unit has power and connection to the mobile network it will reply back with its latest location.
Notes:
- If you have previously requested that the unit sends its location periodically, sending a location request will cancel the previous message
- If the unit has power and a connection to the mobile network but not GPS, it will send its last known location. To verify whether the unit has GPS, check the activity info report for the strength of the signal
- If the unit doesn't have power or a connection to the mobile network, then it will not reply. Check the LED to see whether the unit is on.
- If there is heavy traffic, it might take longer than the system expects for the location to be sent. Rather than requesting a new location (and using a credit), check the activity report or refresh the map to see whether a new location has arrived.
