Set up customers, employees and sub contractors on your account

 

You can add as many customers, employees and sub contractors as you like and determine what they can view.  You can even create a "web customer" and take orders direct from the general public.

 

Your customers can add jobs

 

Using a simple form, your customers can add all the pertinent details for each job. The job is then automatically forwarded to the relevant employee/sub contractor. You can also over-ride this and manually allocated jobs

 

Employees and sub contractors can view their jobs and update their status

 

This means that everyone is aware of the latest status for each job. Simple icons show any jobs which are passed due and automated text messages can be sent out to the sub contractor if they haven't viewed a job, or if they are not on site.

Additional reminder texts can also be sent to the end customer on the morning of the job.
